Sanskrit Sangam is the society of the department, where students and teachers work together in all activities. This society is involved in organising various competitions, seminars, Memorial Lectures and speaking camps.SanyuktaChaudhary and M.L Gupta Memorial Lectures are being organised by the society from more than twenty years. Over the past few years some of Indian’s eminent personalities (Dr. Karan Singh, PadamVibhusanSonalMansigh, PadamsriDr.GeetaChandran, Prof. Garry Tubb, Dr.BindeshwarPathaketc) have givenlectures on various topics related to Sanskrit, like Philosophy, Sociology, classical dance,archaeology etc.Every year Sanskrit Sangam organizes Sanskrit Speaking Camp in collaboration with Sanskrit Bharati.
