Snapshot was launched in 2011-2012. The members maintain strong ties with the Delhi University Photographers Club (DUPC) and participate in numerous photo walks to places in and around Delhi. The club organized an inaugural competition of photographs on the theme Education and Freedom. During vacations, Snapshot members work on different assignments. One of the themes of a student photography exhibition was Women, Development and Emancipation. In the session 2015-16, the annual photography exhibition Multitudo, which showcased pictures on varied themes, was organized.
