As a constituent college of University of Delhi, which is a Central University, Miranda House admits students from across the country without any regional bias. Students admitted college meet the high eligibility criteria on their own merit. The college takes great pride in providing inclusive education, respecting diversity. It follows the reservation policy in education, in letter and in spirit. Many of them have a single parent with low income; few have no parents or suffer sudden loss during the course of their studies.
