Department Society

Department has a vibrant society, Synapse that is actively involved in organizing various events throughout the year. The events include lectures, symposiums, capacity building workshops, field trips, Lab visits, bridge course and annual festival Impulse. Society also releases its annual magazine Evolvere ... the unfolding with creative expressions from students and teachers. 

The society organizes following events:

• Fresher's Welcome every year in the beginning of session. 
• An inaugural lecture usually on topics related to recent advances in Biological Sciences by eminent scientists and renowned personalities from different institutes of eminence. 
• Webinars and Workshops to equip students with current progress in science research
• Wildlife and Nature Tours
